Quality Control


Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India intended to regulate manufacturing, storage, distribution, import and sale of food and also to facilitate safety of food. We are an FSSAI certified company complying with the standards framed by FSSAI under the Food Safety and Standards regulation, 2011.

AGMARK Certification

AGMARK is a certification mark employed on agricultural items in India, guaranteeing that they conform to a set of standards approved by the Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, an office of the Department of Agriculture, Government of India. Our products are AGMARK certified. All packets are graded by AGMARK standards and thoroughly tested for critical parameters; the quality of each one of the packets is accounted for. An In-house AGMARK certified chemist inspects the product at all stages and approves assuring prescribed quality.

ISO 9001: 2015

ISO 9001 is an International standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system to ensure that materials, products, processes and services are fit for the intended purpose.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Our products are export quality complying with the International standards (customer and regulatory requirements) set forth by ISO.

HACCP Certified

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety related risk. HACCP attempts to avoid hazards rather than attempt to inspect finished products for the effects of the hazards. A HACCP system requires that potential hazards are identified and controlled at specific points in the process starting from raw material procurement, manufacturing, distribution and consumption of final product. We are HACCP certified wherein we have implemented a central system to track all the food material through all steps in the process. Raw material and finished products are tracked by batch and each packet can be traced back from customer to raw material.

Research & Development

We are a young company with more a team of more than 3 decades of experience in the vegetable oil and fat technology. We are team of Chemical Engineer, Oil Technologist, Biosciences professional, Food Technologist and Food Science & Nutrition Professional. We have a trained panel to do Sensory Evaluation of the developed products. Our facility is set up amongst 2 wooded acres. We are equipped with a modern laboratory to ensure strict quality control. Our R & D areas include Lipid Technology, Nutraceuticals and Food Science & Nutrition.

Sensory Testing

We have a trained panel to do sensory evaluation of the developed products. Process involves cooking various Indian food items using the product developed and following up with sensory testing (for smell, flavor and appearance)

Pouch Film (Food Grade)

CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology) certified pouch of ‘food grade’ material. Packaging is essential for extended shelf life and food safety. Our multilayer pouch protects the contents from atmospheric contamination and preserves the oil.

100% Recycle Plastic

Film is 100% recyclable, environmentally friendly. Endorsed by CIPET, the multilayer film can be recycled.

We constantly interact with professionals from food and nutrition, edible oil technology and biotechnology, engage with them in technical seminars and contribute to journals. We collaborate with national and international analytical chemists to confirm the nutritive values of various products we develop.
