Madhavan EN – Business Consultant

Madhavan is a science major with more than 33+ years of Information Technology delivery experience - globally. He was responsible for individually setting up global delivery management teams with varied capabilities and heterogeneous environments and lead projects to successful deliveries. His core capabilities comprise of more than two decades in project management, contracting, architecting, developing and implementing - Information Technology Projects in various domains like ERP, EAI, Telecom, and CRM, Call Center, Technical Contact Center, etc. He has worked with globally renowned organizations like RPG,Sequent, ADP, HP and Compaq as a Project Manager. The experience includes networking and systems administration of LAN, MAN and WAN environments in both voice and data. The last five years of experience has been in the telecom and CRM domain in prospecting, implementing and maintaining billing solutions and setting up the end-to-end Customer Care solution for the telecom giant – RPG, who has the licenses for both Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh. He also worked with Bharati Telecom (Airtel) for a short stint to help in setting up their billing systems for both Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. He also has extensive experience in building teams for quality management and has been a Management Representative/Quality Lead for getting the organizations their ISO / CMM certifications. His core capabilities has been to build extensive and large teams to execute contracts, from scratch, by building the team, infrastructure, process, delivery methodology, contract management, and support and maintenance capabilities by driving the project from start to finish and build and wholesome execution methodology leading to success for the project.
