1. That the Tenant shall pay the monthly rent of Rs. 11000/- to the Landlord on every month on month. 2. That the Tenant had deposited a sum of Rs. 22000/- with the Landlord as collateral security deposit. 3. That the Tenant is residing in the above said premises from 10th Oct’18 and it is a period of 11 months agreement and same shall be renew with the mutual consent of both parties herein, 4. That the Tenant shall pay the electricity to electricity department and Apartment maintenance to Sai Kalayani Residency Association on monthly base in time which is decided by Association. 5. That the Tenant shall not sublet the said premises to any third party. 6. That the Tenant shall not alter or modify in the said premises without written consent of the Landlord. 7. That the tenant shall keep the said premises in neat and tidy condition without damaging the articles in the said premises. 8. That this rental agreement is for a period of 11 months after 11 months the rent will enhance at 5% to the existing rent. 9. That the tenant shall pay the monthly rent on or before 5th day of every English calendar month. 10. That the either parties shall give 1 months written notice for vacating or evicting the said premises. 11. If the Tenant is vacating the Flat before agreement period, flat painting cost will be deducted from the advance paid by Tenant
