Aavishkaar Workspace is the creative and functional workspace and co-working space in Alwarpet and Chennai that you have been looking for! Situated in a beautiful and prime location, it is easily accessible from all parts of the Chennai making it the perfect destination for all your office needs. Aavishkaar Workspace was started with the need to create a wonderful space where people could come together and make things happen. It is a space for collaboration, creativity and expression.

Aavishkaar Workspace has both a workshop space and a coworking space. The workshop space in C.I.T. Colony is the right size for a gathering of up to 20 people. It is ideal for workshops, seminars, meetings, training sessions, talks as well as regular classes. Our satisfied clients have used the facility for many creative workshops, painting workshops, craft workshop and training workshops. It is also comfortable for use as a meeting room for sales meetings, club meetings, team meetings and others. Aavishkaar’s Workspace comes fully equipped in a large space of 15ft X 15ft with drinking water, white board, WiFi and restrooms. Clients have the facility to hire projector with laptop and refreshments & meals.

The co-working space in Alwarpet is a comfortable, convenient and creative works space. It is housed in the Aavishkaar Workspace and is suitable for use up to 6 people. The space is air-conditioned with WiFi, Drinking Water, with Tea/Coffee served twice a day. Co-workers can additionally opt to use the kitchenette as well as B&W printing facility. There are three plans which are suitable for both short-term and long-term use - per day plan, 10 day plan and 30 days or 1 month plan. Plans can also be customized for clients as per their long term requirement.

Aavishkaar Workspace is conveniently located on the 1st Main Road in C.I.T. Colony in Alwarpet. It is housed in the same building as the offices of NDTV. The neighbouring area is peaceful and a mix of residential and commercial properties. A short walk will lead you to the main road. The location is ideal to reach any part of Chennai as it has very good connectivity. You can easily get a cab or public transport.
