1.Only Serving /Retired Railway Employees and their dependents are eligible.

2. Original ID Card & Aadhar Card should be carried and shown to the Caretaker at the time of reporting/occupying the Room.

3. Cancellation of Holiday Home booking should be before 48 hours of the booking date.

4. No Refund will be paid in case of Cancellation.

5. If booked person has not reported on the booked date, then the same accommodation will be allotted to other without further intimation.

6. Any misuse/violation of Rules and Regulations will be viewed seriously.

7. Only three Booking are allowed in one year.
